PBA Beacon is the Professional Beauty Association’s career-building program for top students in cosmetology, esthetics, barbering, nails and massage.
Through a competitive application process, selected students earn the opportunity to take part in an immersive, multi-day experience built around education, mentorship, and industry connection. PBA Beacon invests in the next generation of beauty professionals, connecting emerging talent with industry leaders, educators and peers while helping students build the relationships, knowledge, and confidence to take the next step in their careers.
PBA Beacon 2012 took place July 21-24, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center during PBA’s Beauty Week in conjuncture with the Cosmoprof North America trade show. Hosted by Geno Stampora, students had a fantastic educational experience.
