Beacon is BBSI’s career-building program for top students in cosmetology, esthetics, barbering, nails and massage.
Through a competitive application process, selected students earn the opportunity to take part in an immersive, multi-day experience built around education, mentorship, and industry connection. Beacon invests in the next generation of beauty professionals, connecting emerging talent with industry leaders, educators and peers while helping students build the relationships, knowledge, and confidence to take the next step in their careers.
For Beacon 2006, student projects were assembled & judged live in BBSI’s old headquarters building. The project photos show a rare look at the BBSI/PBA 15825 N 71st Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 headquarters building which was demolished in 2019 to make way for high rise condos in the Kierland Commons area. Winners gathered for live education.
